It is hard to answer these questions until I get the item and see if it is as illustrated and it works on my camera. So far so good though.

Great product exactly as described, great service, great delivery except FedEx charges 10$ to do what they do for import taxes and duty. I would suggest that the postal service is a better, less expensive option to Canada.

It was a bit unnerving for me to be accused of being a fraudster by the Sales Manager of KEH. No matter what evidence I produced the person was unwilling to change his premise that he was dealing with a sophisticated fraudster. Further, he was insensitive enough to tell me what he was thinking about me. Luckily, he decided to let higher authorities decide on the matter. It is only after this very unsavory incident, I managed to get the delivery. Shocking experience.

Second camera I buy from Keh in a month, it says it all about how much I like this website. The 6 month warranty is very important to me even if I have never needed to use it so far. I won't have time to finish a roll in the 14-day period but the camera looks in a good shape besides some dust so I feel pretty confident about it.

Good as always
My bargain canon power shot G11 was in pretty bad shape. The back control wheel is not functioning properly, when it works at all. And there are multiple dead pixels on the sensor.
That said, I still love you guys!
Only problem was with Fed. Ex. Delivery.
They said no one was home to sign for package. Not so. I was here for more than an hour after Fed. Ex. Said they were here. No message was left at my door or the mail room that a delivery was attempted.
Next day, at first, could not get a delivery time from Fed Ex when I got an email about the package, then a 2-hour period when delivery would be made; I made certain to hang around until that time and package was finally delivered.
The lens I bought was in the condition described (maybe not quite as good, but still OK), fully functional, and arrived in just 2 days. I am completely satisfied with this transaction.

My 2nd lens was listed as excellent but I don't feel it was. My distance ring is much looser then it should be. If the lens tips at all the ring slides back. Very disappointed in this.
