It was fine. Nothing to complain about other than it can be hard to navigate the site.

Easy to search website. Love the rating system. Have bought from and sold to KEH in the past. Plan to always buy/sell used camera stuff only from them in the future. Lens arrived quickly, beautifully packed, in what I would call like-new condition (it was rated EX+).

Delivery was faster than I had expected! The product was in perfect condition, and I bought used so I was concerned before I received it.

I have a sony a 500 and was looking to upgrage. However, i found the a 580 did not give me enought difference in my needs to justify the cost so i have returned the item for credit ( which was handled most satifactorily...i have bought several items from you in the past and appreciate your services.

The day after I purchased the item, I went online to check the shipping details. I noticed that the item was still for sale but the price was $10 cheaper for the same item in LN- condition.

Good overall experience.

I sent a message about this, but the bag the lens was sent in had a rip in it. As a result, the lens had a lot of dust on it. I cleaned it off and it seems to be ok, but it's something you should be aware of.

I was a little confused as to whether this was a used product or not. The product is good, the price is right and I am completely satisfied, but just a little confused/unsure of what condition the product was in. I am a first time buyer, and not quite sure if I understand KEH's business model, and thus my confusion.
