We have ordered from you before and your products and service is great
I ordered a (large format) lens, and after placing the order realized I also needed a lens board. I sent a message via the online form (picking Sales as the receiver) asking if a lens board (I provided the specifications) could be added to the order and the lens ship mounted on that board. I did not hear back for two days, by which time I had already received a shipping confirmation. I went ahead and ordered the lens board elsewhere.
