I think the service that Keh offers is really awesome (selling back used goods), and the lens I got came and is excellent!
In addition to my lens purchase, I was hoping to purchase a tripod, but as a non-photographer (new to it), the entire "head/legs", "quick release" was very confusing to experience (as I was afraid I would be missing a key element, or it the pieces were not compatible). I didn't contact their customer service - so maybe that would be the thing to do.
