I am a satisfied customer
Unfortunately, the Tokina 12-24 mm zoom lens I ordered is not compatible with the Nikon D 5000 series of cameras because those bodies require a built-in AF motor with that lens. This now discontinued lens later came in a Version II which is compatible with my camera body but the lens I ordered is not a Version II. I should have done better research BEFORE ordering the lens. Though I've really like KEH's service, pricing and delivery over the years, I've learned there is no detail in the product descriptions regarding compatibility between after market lenses and brand name camera maker's bodies. I had a very similar experience years ago with a used Sigma macro lens I purchased from KEH to use on my my Canon 10D. Do your own research and you'll be fine.
Another great product at a reasonable price
The 49mm polarizing filter was not "excellent"
There are dings along the front rim of the filter.

Your site is easy to navigate through and including checkout. My only nit pick would be that many of the important accessories were missing. Shoulder strap, proprietary cable, and the flash I had to purchase separately.

Bought a used lens. I wish there were pictures and details of the actual lens. Considering the price of lenses it would make me feel a lot better.
UPDATE: The lens showed up damaged. The packaging was great. No chance it happened in shipping, but the front of the lens was dented in so bad you couldn't even start to thread a filter on the lens. They are returning it, but it still cost me over $44 for return shipping and insurance. I'm sure this was just an oversight on the part of the person who inspected/rated the lens, so I am still buying another lens from them, but it's costing me $44 for their mistake.
Quick and easy so far, will see the quality of my order. Lens arrived, everything looks good as advertised. However, if you finance through them, watch out 25% interest.
