Trust - very important - KEH has my confidence and trust.
Because of how the product was shipped, FedEx would not allow us to pick up the package at their location. We had to be at our home for them to deliver it. Because we work, that is difficult. We tried to make arrangements with FedEx to pick it up at their office (which we have done in the past) and they said that it wasn't shipped for that to happen. Very inconvenient.
Only issue I have is that it takes so long for quotes, but I can understand the process. Also, I called to ad some items on my existing order and was very unsatisfied with the response. I followed up with a letter (email) detatiling my experience that was never responded to.
Product looks in better condition than expected.
Wish i got a canon OEM battery the vivitar life is noticeably shorter
Checkout is not working correctly. Tax is not shown correctly the first time. Inventory is not shown correctly when an order goes back to cart again.

I received the wrong camera, I did send messages and called immediately, many times until someone at KEH called me back a few days later. The return was arranged and I requested my money back. I received an email confirmation with a link to a pre-paid FedEx shipping label. I was extremely disappointed for not receiving the correct item, I don't think there is an excuse for sending me the wrong item. KEH has been in business long enough to make such ridiculous mistakes. The return was easy to arrange and the person on the phone was very professional and helpful, his name was Tony as a matter of fact. I would love to order other items, but now I feel I can't trust them anymore! I have done business with them years before and experienced other similar issues with items that were not even working however, they where rated EX+.
Didn't come with a lens shade. May have missed it in the description...not sure

The lens I received appears to be in great condition as advertised. I haven't had much time to test it out with landscape photography yet. The shots that I have taken with it so far are sharp.
