Shipment was marked as "signature only". I am not home during the day, so FedEx would not leave package. Ultimately, I had to get them to hold the package at their facility and drive to get it. The problem is that their facility is over an hour away from me and the round trip required losing half a day's work, thereby negating any savings I got from the purchase. VERY frustrating, especially since I did not ask for signature when purchasing.
I got a great deal on a Cannon 5D Mark III. I've bought from KEH before, and it's always a great experience!

Your website is easy to use, and you offer great deals! The only disappointment I had was that the lens didn't come with a front or back cap. So I had to order them separatley. These are cheap items that would improve customer satisfaction if they were included.
I have gotten caps on ebay, always a good experience pkk127 Usually good, but I hate the fact that you dont show actual lenses or give serial numbers.
Great experience so far. Looking forward to receiving the merchandise. I would have purchased a Nikon D300S camera but I called the main number and was told they couldn't determine the number of exposures on a camera. C'mon now.
As follow up comment, after my purchase, I rec'd an email regarding a $50 gift card for any purchase over $500. I contact KEH Sales and asked if KEH would honor the gift card for my recent purchase and was told they had no way to apply the promotion to my previous purchase. (Perhaps re-enter the transaction as a return and a purchase?) When asked if I could return and repurchase the items, I was told that I could but I had until the end on the day to return the items, which was not possible. Not a satisfactory response. KEH just lost a customer.
Not sure why sales tax is being added. Do you have a location in Texas now? Also, it's a shame you are no longer offering free shipping for orders over $100. Lame.

Great website,quick shopping, only concern was 800 mm lens was shipped in hard metal lens case, which was ok. Case was loose in large box with no padding. Came through ok.

Would love to see the site be a little more user-friendly. The constant refreshing of pages and difficulty finding a category that groups my search slows things down.
