Pleasantly surprised to find what I needed at a good price.

Easy to order. Quick delivery. No issues.

Easy, but this was a gift not shipped directly to me so I won't know if they got everything until they open it on Christmas. Should get recipient email too.

The add indicated free shipping, but when checking out, there was no option for free shipping

I've ordered lenses from KEH twice now, and both times received them as described and in good working order. I had a shipping issue with the most recent order--not on the KEH end but on the delivery end--and KEH's Sean Grieco got it straightened out for me the same day I called. I'm comfortable recommending them for used gear.

I'm still a novice trying to get more serious into photography and this website made things so easy for me to understand and the prices are unbeatable. I'm definitely coming back for the rest of my gear needs in the future.

I had to retry several times to get to the PayPal screen, I believe because I was presented with an invalid shipping option -- First Class Mail. I finally chose the next option, Ground, and everything went well from there on out. I also had to re-uncheck the newsletter option each time. These are really minor issues; just wanted to let you know.

Couldn't remember my password but I am a long time customer getting last minute gift for my daughter. Easy process even as a guest.
