Always pleased with products and service from KEH. Been shopping with them for 15 years and never had a problem. The flash/umbrella clamps I received appear to be very good quality, but they are different from the unit pictured. I could keep them and use them, although they are not set up like the style I was suspecting. I have sent a note to KEH, got a reply requesting I send a photo of what I received and am waiting to hear back if the pistured style is in stock to replace the style I received. I am not in need of these for a specific job so I'm not rushed to resolve.
