I understand The need to have someone sign for the package, and it was very short notice finding out someone had to be there to sign for it. As it was, the first delivery I got a door tag, and had to scramble to find out where they were, as that that day was when I scheduled my time off to be there to sign for it...

I received my order in an extremely timely fashion. I called in to ask questions before I ordered and was given superb advice on what to order.
I have returned the camera base I purchased. The lens I owned did not fit. I was not happy as I did speak to someone about the lens and camera base before I bought it. I was told that it would work. It did not. The company did send all the required papers and directions to me to return it. I mailed it and it is sitting at the USPS in GA, waiting for the company to be open so it can be delivered. I was disappointed that it did not work. I wouldn't have been so mad, had I not spoken to someone prior to purchasing it. I had to pay to ship it back. Just disappointed in my experience.'

I have ordered a couple of lenses and another camera from KEH and have been very satisfied. I am excited to start using my new camera that I just got from them. So far everything is great. I am not expecting to have any problems with it. It looks like new just as was advertised.
