The only suggestion I would make for improvement would be to say up front that signature will be required and that the buyer can't change the shipping destination. I usually reroute shipments to the FedEx or UPS office myself. If I'd known that I HAD to be home or else call you guys and have you change destinations, I would have had it delivered to work or chosen the FedEx site to begin with.

This is my first purchase from KEH
Sometimes your pricing seems off. B&H and Adorama have refurbished items with mfr warranty for less than your pricing in some instances. In another case a KEH a common new item was more than a new item at other camera stores.
Your shipping is beginning to be resemble a slow boat from China...the projected delivery dates are just wishful thinking...items have languished at some fedx locations.

I received the product I ordered at a good price and with very fast shipping, but it was not in the condition I expected, and my attempts to contact them for an exchange have not been answered yet, after 2 tries.
Your information technology leaves something to be desired, looping me three times to change my password. Then I tried calling and your sales agent said I could not use a gift card on a telephone order, but said I could purchase my desired item online by signing in as a guest. So I did that, but on checkout, using my email address, the system required me to sign in. When I tried to set up a new account, it said the email address was already in use. Please! I finally used one of my other email addresses to set up an account. Make this difficult one more time and I will never consider KEH again.
