My lens arrived in 2 days and looks like brand new. I will definitely by from KEH again.
After going to multiple pawn shops, your website has what I was looking for and more, only wish had an actual picture of the camera I would be buying. I rather see it and not be surprised with what I get in the mail.
So far the process has been fantastic. I have received my Nikon D7100 and it is in great shape, as are the two lenses I purchased with it. I am a bit disappointed that the camera came with no owners manual, yet KEH will sell me one for $8.00. After spending over $800.00 I honestly feel the owners manual should be included with the camera...it is included from Nikon when you purchase a new camera. I was also shipped the camera without an eyepiece cap and a hot-shoe cover which are both part of the camera when sold by Nikon. Overall I am happy with the camera and the purchase, but because of the above issues (which add up to under $20.) I purchased these items and about $200 of other accessories from a competitor. Because KEH chose to cheap out I took my business elsewhere and they lost out on about $200+ of additional purchases. Knowing how KEH does business I will consider using them again, but I feel they could have done a better job.

Through no fault of money and because of a glitch in your software, a signature was required so i had to have it shipped to an inconvenient location, a serious pain in the neck.
Fair prices for the equipment one needs.
The only thing that caught me off guard was the absence of a power cord for the charger. Not a big issue as I have one. Overall very satisfied. Would recommend KEH.
