Straightforward, professional atmosphere. Item I received was not in working condition. To be fair I ordered a vintage battery that I did not have high hopes of working perfectly but the only thing of any value that I received was the battery shell

Lens was as described, in fact although it was rated Excellent, it seemed Like New/Mint to me! I prefer to order used equipment from Keh over another source as I appreciate having their warranty on a used item. Good experience all around.

The Nikon Coolpix A i recive had been modified and these where changes were not mentioned on the website.
1) An after market shutter button has been added.
2) A extra thick clear plastic covering had been placed overed the factory LCD.
I was expecting a Nikon Coolpix A as originally made but Nikon.
I have made numerous purchases from KEH in the past and have enjoyed a user friendly website along with a true rating of the products that I have bought. I have not purchased new products as I like the site for used cameras and lenses. I have just received the Nikon D300 and on the initial usage of the camera, I am very pleased so far. It was rated as Ex and after checking shutter counts it is only 17% of the rated life of the shutter, so I think that it is a fair rating for the price that I paid. I will continue to use them as my go to store for future purchases.
A lot of trouble in checking out because you guys didnt accept diners international credit card number lenght. And received a lens without caps and in a very rustic plastic bag.
Except for feeling that I missed discount codes or coupons, experience was very excellent.
