It's much harder to brouse used camera equip, by category) with the newer site. I was far better BEFORE. (the OLD sys).
Check out is also more of a HASTLE than before. Have to enter same info multiple times, a lot more typing, even when using PayPal. When paying via PayPal, all the needed info is already there, should NOT have to enter so much duplicated info. OTHER sites do a better job of making purchases SMOOTH/easier/faster.

Bought a lens that had no front or rear cap, which I consider key things to have. There was no clear indication they would not be included - under Notes it said "none" which I interpreted as no additional notes about the lens, not no lens caps. Add to that the lens caps are fairly expensive relative to the cost of the lens and it doesn't make for a happy experience.
Received my ordered in a timely manner. The product was exactly what I ordered and in excellence condition for a pre owned product.
