After my last transaction with keh, I would say that my overall experience was fantastic. I was able to quickly find the items I needed. The descriptions of the items and their condition were very accurate. The price I paid for the items and the shipping charges were reasonable. In the future, I will definitely look to keh for products that I need. :)

The new site and especially the checkout process are awful. The checkout wizard is so buggy and so unintuitive, I say it is designed by some illiterate kids who are just fast at the keyboard. That is where their skill set ends. Pathetic. Restore the glory of KEH, do not succumb to mediocrity.

Fed Ex driver left my package out in the rain. The Ellenwood GA drivers are becoming to be very careless

Item arrived in basic packaging as advertised. Quality was excellent.

I was happy that this camera was still available. I am sure that I will enjoy using it. I did not need two straps, but was unable to delete one.

Every order I've received thus far has been a good experience. Prices, shipping and rating of product has all been good as well. I have no problem recommending their services. The only thing I would like to see change is shutter count on mid to high end digital cameras. This I think is need to know information and why I haven't bought a digital body.Otherwise I've never been disappointed.
