The items purchased were practically brand new, the battery grip looks newer than my camera. They under rate their products which is great for the buyer. Look forward to my next purchase KEH.
Shipping rates are extraordinarily high at KEH. Otherwise, no huge issues shopping here. But I do look elsewhere first due to the shipping rates.
Also, Item marked bargain but no detail on why. I discovered, after I got the item, that it was due to hazy elements in this lens. Not an issue for my use (parts) but would have been otherwise. Would have been nice to know upfront why an item was rated as it was.
The service was excellent and the product was better than the description.
A little pricey, (only about 10 bux less than new) shipping speed was OK - not great.
I love KEH, but the item I bought was a low-quality lens from Belarus. I returned it for a better one of the same mfgr, but I had the same experience and sent that one back as well. So, just a spate of bad luck with a mediocre product.
My overall experience with keh.com was probably one of my best experiences shopping online. From the ease of finding the products I needed to the shipping time. I was very satisfied with keh.com

Equipment ratings are questionable. "Excellent" includes items with sloppy adjustments, filthy viewfinder glass, inoperable LEDs. Had to send camera body and CP-12 finder for cleaning, calibration and hopefully a LED repair costing $160 - $310.
