Good items, good price.

Only issue is I received a 10% off coupon code in December when I ordered 2 lenses. But it expired and your customer service rep said I could not use for this order. Was not aware of expiration and really feel your rep should have allowed me to take 10% off of this order.

This lens does not work with my canon 5d dslr camera and I have returned the lens. I placed another order for the proper fitting lens.

Product came very prompt I ordered it 2 day shipping but the lens actually 1 day earlier then estimated delivery date stated at the time of purchase. My only complaint (and it may have been my fault for misreading/assuming) is I didn't realize that the lens I purchased came without the hood which I'll have to buy separately.

I had to return the lens because the automatic focus did not work. However, otherwise Keh is great, and I will continue to do business with them.

A little trouble getting in because I forgot my password. No one answered the phone and the message I got kept sending me in circles. The reset took several attempts, but we made it! So a review of how the customer communication process, including the computer interface and instructions, needs review. The camera was in prime condition and I was very happy about that.

Ordered my first medium format camera today! Looking forward to getting it in the mail next week. Love the rating system and how much keh is committed to customer satisfaction.

I have always been satisfied with KEH products and experience. Always easy to return defective or products that did not meet my expectations. The only thing that has every crossed my mind is the charges for shipping. Not so much that they are unreasonable but that many of the vendors I deal with do not charge for shipping while KEH does.

I didn't know that is was a used product, I though it was a return lens that was still in box with all it box goods(bag, manuals... etc. I wouldn't buy this again at that price knowing that it wasn't that. Even though the lens works good.

So far, so good...found a good price on a used Manfrotto 055cxPro3 tripod, the order/payment process was smooth...now just waiting for the item to arrive...!
