Love the availability of used equipment you offer. My only complaint is the seemingly random 10% off coupons that get e-mailed. I always feel like if I'm not getting 10% off I'm getting ripped off - not a great feeling to be left with so I usually wait to buy until I have a coupon. Sometimes another deal comes up and I end up not going through KEH - Adorama has some deals on used equipment too so if I don't feel great about a deal through KEH I may end up over there.
Always great, thank you! On the downside, FedEx was 2 days late on delivery, and, because KEH had required a signature for the package, FedEx would not leave the pkg at the apt office (where a signature is available) Took some talking with FedEx to reschedule delivery, and even then, they screwed it up.

I was very impressed with the quality of the items ordered, the speed of delivery and especially the 180 day warranty.
My item was rated at E+ which physically, it was. In fact it was more like LN- however, upon closer inspection the focusing screen had fungus on it and not something you can easily clean; after checking on the internet
A new focusing screen costs $119 and would take 2-4 weeks to receive. Also, the multi-function back had a very weak readout, indicating it was close to being inoperable. Based on these two things I will be returning it.
The return policy is very good and hassle free but, takes time. I feel as though someone in their quality control should have caught this as you can easily see the fungus when looking through the viewfinder.
I have been using and recommending KEH to friends family and other photographers looking to get guaranteed good used equipment since 2010. I dont imagine that will change anytime soon. Thanks for existing!

Quick and easy - decent price - needed an extra starter lens- don't want to leave the other camera body vacant with just cap, plus i could use this for short distance time lapse dual wireless flashes
