Bring back your mail out catalogs, they were great reading
Same comment...I miss your printed catalogs, they were a great reference even if an item was no longer stocked. Perhaps you should print and sell a camera guide reference book that lists just about every camera and lens made from 1965 on and what they are worth. Right now Ebay is the best reference for tracking variations and serial numbers. I wish I saved all of your old catalogs. They reminded me of the "Shutterbug" newspaper/magazine of the 1970's.

I ordered
all chrome 85/1.5 CANON RF lens and I received an black and chrome lens
nikon waist level finder graded EXC + I received it with 2 impacts
I must say that the Sales department agreed to have these 2 items returned but I was not a good idea for me because living in France I paid an additional $177 import and taxes duties that would be lost
I hope that KEH will control more efficiently the description and grade
