The experience with keh was very positive. Eric(k) in customer service was very helpful and was a pleasure to work with. My delivery problem was with Fed Ex, not keh. When I order from keh again, and I'm sure I will, I will request a different shipping method.

A great camera at a very fair price. I found the condition rating to be on the conservative side as I really had to look for any defects. I found one which was very slight. Shipping was prompt and the tracking provided was very good. I'm very pleased and would definitely do business with KEH again.

I had very high hopes, but was EXTREMELY disappointed. The lens arrived with MOLD inside, despite being very highly rated. The only reason for buying on KEH and not EBAY is the extra product check KEH promises to do. Apparently, though, it does not and ratings don't mean anything. Very, Very disappointed. I'm afraid I cannot recommend the site in these circumstances.
