I've bought a few cameras and lenses from KEH previously. The accuracy of the ratings, quality of product and fast shipping is what brings me back. Other online marketplaces are simply too risky. KEH is trustworthy and it is that peace-of-mind that you give is your strength. I only wish shipping to Australia was cheaper. It has, unfortunately, prevented me from buying more as high shipping costs and the exchange rate quickly turns an inexpensive camera or lens into a major purchase.

Product was clean and in excellent condition as described. Bonus was the front and rear lens caps that were included in the purchase price. I have always been satisfied with my purchases from KEH.

I picked up my camera and lens in-store on two separate trips. The lens was a last minute buy, and I had no idea which kind would fit the camera I previously bought. The gentleman in customer service helped me find exactly what I was looking for over the phone, and when I got to the store, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had it ready for me sooner than the 2 hours I was quoted.
It was great everything was user friendly and placing my order was quick and easy.
