Easy to navigate website. Only suggestion is to put the shutter count with the camera bodies. Would have been nice to know that it was just literally the body, battery and charger. No manual, cables, strap or software disc.

First the product was not available(error on the web site), and Then for some reason the replacement was not shipped until I called a second time. One reason the second call was made, I received the product in One Day, which was great.
