I ended up having to return my entire order because a part in their used inventory was listed incorrectly. When I arrived to pick up the item from their Smyrna office, they did not apologize for having this item incorrectly labeled. Now I am under a deadline and I will not be able to have the photographic equipment I requested. I may have expected a little more empathy. I love the large amount of vintage gear KEH has. I know people can google to research things, but a very small blurb about the item may help people decide if it's right for them/ improve sales. To be clear a part I ordered was listed online as being black. When I picked up the item in store, the label on the bag did in fact also state the item was black. It was a silver item. I wonder how many of KEH used gear is incorrectly labeled. Luckily I was able to swing by the local spot to pick it up. It would have been a real shame if it had been shipped to another state only to find out this error. No attempt was made to fix this error by the staff.

I ordered an inoperative Minox Model B camera. The exposure meter works and quite likely the camera can be repaired. What else could I have asked for?
I would have liked to have seen an image of the actual product I was buying rather then a stock photo. I was aware of the item I ordered looked like, it would have been nicer to see it as is. The condition as listed was excellent and as always, I enjoy buying my camera equipment from KEH.
Product received was defective and immediately replaced and return authorization process started.
This was a very good way to handle the issue to my complete satisfaction.
