Your prices were the best I found for the item I wanted.
I tried and tried to add another product, a canon lens, ef 28-135, but it would not let me add to cart. Based on this experience, I'll have to pay extra shipping, I assume, and also I'll have to check out my flash before I trust a site with such shoddy programing. *Update: Flash came, and it's okay. The front panel is a tad loose but it works great (ordered EX+ or LN I think, to make sure it would be without issue, but It's minor). Have since ordered two more lenses, so we'll see.
Extra credit assignment: Maybe you already did this, KEH, but perhaps you should email folks to let us know we will receive a customer satisfaction survey from shopperapproved instead of KEH. I spent the better part of 15 min googling shopper approved to make sure they were legit before clicking to acknowledge that I had received the flash.
Overall good experience
I enjoy shopping at keh and the money I save. The lenses I've order are very clean and although I haven't tested them yet I'm sure they are of superb quality.

Thank you for resolving the erroneous Sales Tax charge that appeared during the checkout process. The telephone call to Customer Service had been unable to correct the error. (Of Sales Tax on an Oregon purchase).
Arrived on time in good condition. However, unfortunately there was no owners manual or carrying strap that was part of the original sales package. This was not KEH's fault though.
I have purchased a number of products for both film and digital photography from KEH. Item descriptions in regards to their condition are accurate. Deliveries have been prompt, and the items have been packaged well. I spoke with customer service regarding a question on a recent order, and it was an enjoyable experience. The customer service representative was knowledgeable, and easily understood. Thumbs up to KEH!
