Outstanding experience. Easy login, navigation and speedy text confirmations...
I am sad to report the shipping process, though I understand why a signature is required, noticed needs to be said on the website at the time of order, that signature will be needed. By the time I got the shipping notification and followed the link, I could not take the day off to be home, and only could call in sick. I lost a days pay and put the other managers in a scramble to fill in my day off. A pop-up notification needs to be in place to give ample warning to make other arrangements at the time of purchase, as many people are not home during the day.

Setting up the account was terribly frustrating. Would only accept the first 3 letters of last name instead of the entire name...so Whi instead of Whittington. Talked to several people and tried everything I know to change the last name without success. People were terrific, but didn't know how to fix problem. Completed customer service contact form. Rest of experience was good. First order.

Sent separate feedback via website on day I received the tripod legs regarding extremely poor packing for shipment and lack of notification regarding missing standard sized screw for attaching camera head or camera to tripod legs. Vanguard is sending the missing screw but has not arrived yet, so have not been able to even use the tripod as yet.

And so far, I have not received any acknowledgement or response to the above feedback. What started as a good experience living up to the excellent KEH reputation has deteriorated due to below average customer service and I still don't know if the product works well or not.

I had to really search for the item that I was looking for... even using the search bar with the exact product name didn't provide the needed results.
I had to search through all the items in a more general search in order to locate this item.
I also had to go through this process twice - since the first order didn't process - once I entered the CC#, the page froze & my session timed out :(
So trying this out - but not having a great feeling about it yet.

Order was recvd quickly & have been happy with the item, it functions properly & looks in great condition.
