This is my second purchase from KEH and I like the company and the service. The first time I purchased an item through their Amazon store and this time through their website. Both went well. That said, although I've never had to use it, I feel the return period should be slightly longer - 30 days.

After getting some lenses on eBay that were not as described, it was refreshing to get my lens from keh that was better than was described. I also appreciated the super fast shipping. I will definitely recommend keh to others. Great work!

Excellent customer service

I have always found that any item I've ordered from KEH was in BETTER condition than it was described. There seems to be a very consistent effort on their part to be sure customers don't have any unpleasant surprises with a purchase. I highly recommend KEH as a source for photo equipment.
