Mostly easy and enjoyable. However reference to Pentax lens format is tedious. Most of us don't know (and don't ned to know) all the pentax lens designations. See other websites, e.g., B&H

I wish the search program was more focused, yet not require the precise wording. For example, 'Pentax telephoto lens' brought no results. Had to use the words 'zoom lens' instead.

I am first time customer, who just placed his first order. So far, so good!

This my second order from KEH. Both have been easy experiences. I found the lens I wanted for what I consider a very good price. Having the six-month no interest loan through Affirm made it even better.

Extremely positive experience

Purchased the om-1 in excellent condition, camera was perfect but there was no mention of a required foam replacement online. I was informed of this with a paper slip that came with the box.

Purchased the 50mm f1.4 in bargain condition, cosmetics were great but the aperture blades are stuck which is a shame.

My order was packed well and arrived in perfect shape.

Payment direct by debit card did not work (had to use Paypal), but overall service very good. Products in better condition than expected and fast delivery (international)
