I ordered a lens on 01-16-2024 and paid an extra $29,95 for expedited 2nd day delivery. I received the lens on 01-25-2024, 9 days later. KEH should refund the $29.95 for 2nd day air services. I spoke to a customer service representative about 7 days into the delay and was treated to a patronizing, don't give a damn attitude. The KEH representative said she would follow-up with FedEx and let me know when I could expect delivery, Never heard back from KEH. I will no longer purchase anything from this company.
Ordered A7II battery grip with remote, last one in stock. When it arrived the remote wasn't their, battery grip does work. The camera cage I also ordered fit perfectly.

KEH is a very reliable go to source for Gear Acquisition. There are usually examples of what I am looking for in various conditions, and I often go for the BN one. I trust that what I order will be a camera or lens in fine working condition for my needs. Ordering has been easy, and comes with tracking. I was ready to receive the box from Fed Ex when it came. Camera was well packed in bubble wrap and came with battery and charger. I was shooting with this Sony A7R the next day using adapters for older Nikon and Minolta lenses. As a former news photographer getting into landscapes and scanning B&W negs with this camera I feel like it was a great decision.
Condition of camera was, if anything, underrated. I was pleased with the condition
I ordered a new lens, expecting it to come in between some tournaments I was shooting. I got a notice it was out for delivery as I was packing up to leave town, so I just tossed the box with my stuff and hit the road. I was going to shoot test pictures with it and switch back to my daily lens, but next thing I know I've shot 4000 pictures of sports over two days. Put them up on the computer and they looked really good. It looks brand new, everything was included that they said, and I had no problems whatsoever.
The Oly 40-150 f4-5.6 looks new! The "plastic fantastic" is a perfect match with my E-M5iii and my Oly 12-45 f4 Pro.
There was an inordinate delay by FedEx, with my "overnight" lens sitting in Mississippi for 4 days. I realize there were weather delays, but they need to be more upfront with customers about delays as soon as the weather delays started.
