Two of the cameras were never tested and have major issues that do not allow them to work.
I've been buying from KEH for many years and have probably logged over 10 or 15 transactions with them, buying or selling. They have always been great to deal with and when I did encounter an issue outside their control, they were quick to help and rectify the problem. Obviously, I will continue to do business with them and I highly recommend them.

Working with KEH was indeed a pleasure. I bought the Canon 17-40mm L series lens. It looks brand new and works flawlessly and cost about a third of a new version. This was my first experience with KEH and certainly won't be my last.
The product was shipped the same day as ordered. I received the order two days later in excellent condition.

I ordered an Acratech GP ballhead, I received a GV2 ballhead. I called about it and was told it was returnable at my expense and I should email with pictures if I wanted to prove I received something other than what I ordered if I wanted KEH to pay return shipping. Already that's HORRIBLE customer service. I shouldn't have to prove your mistake. I contacted Acratech to confirm what I received was a GV2, not GP ballhead and they did confirm that from pictures I sent them. I then looked for a email address on your site to send pictures to and didn't find one. The option to message KEH on the website had no way to attach pictures (Pretty big missing feature given you are a PHOTOGRAPHY equipment company). I called and was given the email of the particular person I had spoken to, I don't know why I wasn't given an email for the returns or customer service department so anyone available could address my issue ASAP. 4 days since I sent a VERY detailed email proving your mistake I have received no response what so ever.
An oldie but a goodie. Looking forward to getting this camera in service for sports photography on a budget. Great condition, super price
But first I will need to spend some time in the gym. This tank plus a 70-200mm hanging on the end totals 6.2 lbs but, come on, we're all masochists when it comes to trying to get a faster, sharper more impressive shot.
