KEH did not have a lens that I had ordered due to a glitch in their inventory system however, they found a near identical lens (same one, just without the lens hood) and made it right by shipping it FedEx Two Day, free of charge, for the inconvenience of not having the original. Overall, great experience!

*******@KEH many times. Always great stuff :). Only issue I had this time was the lens I ordered came with no caps. None. I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the listing on keh.com did not say 'no caps'. I know it was "Bargain" shape but I've bought bargain before and received, well, bargain caps :), which are better than no caps. Otherwise everything was great and the lens is in what I would call much better than bargain shape. Around here, it would be called "Excellent" condition. Still, throw in some caps next time guys. Go the extra kilometer.
