Completely awesome!

I've found that KEH rating of a products condition to be conservative. I've always gotten better than expected. A good place to shop. We buy used often, to fit our budget and allow more toys in our camera bags.

Some issues getting the auto payment system to work.

Initially ordered a product that was later discovered to not be in stock. Staff worked hard to find a replacement in a timely manner.

Easy cheesy order & in a timely manner!. I don't know if there's something wrong with my camera or if it's a setting I haven't figured out. Wants to do like a filler flash on each shot

Easy to use buying process with good instructions.

I have purchased quite a few photographic items from KEH. I always enjoy dealing with their sale staff. Some times, the "Bargain" items turned out to be quite nice and useful. Their "Excellent" rating items are alway above my expectations. Kudo to their humble grading system.
