Over all KEH is a bit higher priced than other used gear options, but they always know their stuff and the grading of the gear is spot on. Always very friendly when I pick up my purchases.

The service was great and the item I ordered was just what I ordered and in very good shape. I will be ordering more items in the near future.

I ordered a bargain nikon 18-55mm kit lens and it was in great shape.

No muss, no fuss just great shopping experiences.

Everything was fine equipment wise. There were delivery issues due to it being shipped for HOME delivery and omitting the Company name in the address. Jenna was very helpful in getting that sorted out and hopefully was able to modify my account so that the problem doesn't happen again.

This was a great experience and I can't wait to shop here again.

I called to inquire about the product I ordered which was a used item. The rep was very courteous but was unable to answer my question. I had to wait for the order to arrive to determine if it contained all the parts shown in the photo. In the end, all of the parts were there and I am pleased with my purchase.

Good quality as usual

I've sold some camera equipment in the past and just recently bought a flash (Nikon SB900) and I am very pleased with the service from KEH. They are always professional and courteous. I'm confident in there abilities to provide great used equipment that works as advertised. I plan to buy or sell in the future with KEH.

It has been twice the item was defective/not as described upon receipt, but the return process was easy. Recommend KEH re-check the item's condition (whether it matches with its initial grading) before shipping it.

Products came as described. Only issue was shipping with FedEx but this was not an issue with KEH
