The checkout process was somewhat cumbersome, but once my lens was here I was so happy that I forgot all about it.

All pretty painless. The quality of the lens was better than expected.

Handled problem with delivery that was my fault (old address not changed), customer service was very good. Lens I purchased was received well packed and exactly as described.

I buy from KEH.com often. Ordering is always easy. Service is always top notch. Prices are always reasonable if not the lowest for the item I'm looking for.

I made the first purchase at keh.com back in 2004. Since then, many necessary things have been purchased here. In general, I'm satisfied with the store. It should be noted that there are mistakes in their work, I received goods that did not correspond to the description at all (manual lens instead of autofocus, non-working goods, estimated as ex). But it was never intentional. The support service solved all the problems.

The camera came securely packed in the box and was clean and beautiful upon arrival. A great price for a great camera in excellent condition. Thank you!

The 2x teleconverter I bought from KEH for my Sony a mount camera was received as promised. Price I paid was extremely reasonable and packaging and delivery time met my expectations. I shall definitely do business with them in future.

I got the wrong thing. I guess i made a mistake ordering.

I just wasn't sure about the affirm deal. Super appreciative that they offer it, but if i want to pay it off in full at any time i'd like to think that i could. Maybe i'm just not understanding correctly.
Follow-up: i understand that the used camera prices with/without the lens are not very competitive at all. However, the quality was good and i am satisfied.

Good experience so far, the product came in fairly new without any scratches.

Shipped super fast. Even though it was marked BGN I couldn't find a scratch on the lens I ordered. Great condition.
