I haven't always gotten good copies of lenses from KEH despite purchasing at least EX+ each time, but this time my lens seems flawless.
I bought a Canon Rebel film body and two lenses. Delivery was in two days. Everything was as described and works fine.
Although actual shipment of purchases is always quick, in the days of 'free 2nd day shipping' package receipt is sometimes a little slow (4-5 days).
All went smoothly, 5 star worth!

Very good service and store
Just picked up a Sony RX10 III. I had rented one 4-5 times and really enjoyed the range and the image quality--from the 1" inch sensor and the crazy fine lens--stuns. Item arrived exactly as described (like new) and was on my doorstep two days after I ordered it. The only thing that beats this units optical performance is Keh's Customer service.

Always the best service with KEH. I ordered a Nikon 16-35 BGN lens for real estate work and it was in better condition than I expected. BGN rating is a great deal, really I think you guys underrate your lenses. I ordered a SB700 flash in EX condition and it works great as well. No need to purchase new when I can buy used and sell it in about a year or so and try something else. I need to get a 70-200 soon... this is fun:)
