Wanted to add a lens hood to my order. It showed up with one buy option, but not on the option I chose. Could not figure out how to add a hood. Know I could have called, but don't do well on phone.

I buy because of the very high grading standards used. Their 'bargain' grade is what most others call 'excellent', and their 'excellent' grade other usually describe as 'factory fresh'. That makes the prices quite reasonable for what is received.
Lens arrived on time, exactly as described. And the price was ok. What more can i ask? They're my go to company when i need anything other than brand new gear.
Price and product good. However; I paid for 2 day delivery and did not receive in 2 days. That was a fedex problem. No fault of KEH.

I've been giving keh money since back in my RB/67 days (mid 2000's)...not sure why I dated it that way. No matter. In whatever manner of speaking you choose I like keh. The prices are pretty fair I guess. I choose here over ebay more often than not because I know keh's grading system which has, in my experience, been consistent and reliable, whereas it's a bit more of a gamble at the auction house. I can't speak to the customer service side of things as I have never had an issue requiring their assistance but in truth, isn't that the best customer service of all? Ahahaha
