It was lovely

Camera arrived in condition as described; my only concern was that the battery that arrived with it was cracked and splitting apart.

Generally i have had excellent experiences with KEH in terms of selection, convenience, pricing, and customer service. My only feedback is that a US Postal Service shipping option would be greatly apprecciated as FexEx Ground often struggles with urban apartment delivery and as an organization has very poor communication.

The products far exceeded my expectations. KEH reliably delivers!

I have only one complaint which may prevent further purchases. I do not like having to take a day off and wait for FedEx to sign for the package. I live in a rural area and do most of my shopping on line and aside from AT&T, your company is the only one that I deal with that requires this,,,it's silly.
