Great shopping experience overall. My only wish is that, for example, for a camera purchase, we were able to look at specific photos of each condition for that camera. That way the customer has more of an idea of exactly what they will be getting. Because at the moment, all you get is a giant list of four to five different images per angle of a camera, and you have no way of knowing which photo represents the camera you're buying.

Always appreciate an under-rated item. Time and again I have received items described as possibly being in pretty rough shape but ultimately, when I get them, I find them to be better than expected. This is ideal, as opposed to the opposite scenario. I very much appreciate it and it makes buying from you all something I look forward to. I do wish, I could more quickly view your stock on the website. I'm sure you're over comments about the old website by this point, but I did love the simplicity of seeing the lenses, by focal length, for a given system. There's a bit more work to get to this result now, and the page is less navigable with all the large blocky images. Wish I could just see a list. But I know I am not the only customer. Thanks for your good work though!

The only issue with the purchase was with the FedEx delivery. The shipment was supposed to be "Direct Signature Required", which meant I had to be home to accept the delivery. I worked from home on the day of the scheduled delivery so I could sign for the package. The package arrived at my home after I went to bed and it was left on the porch overnight even though a signature had not been obtained. The FedEx Tracking web site indicates someone signed my name. I'm assuming the FedEx driver forged my signature so they wouldn't have to return at a more reasonable hour of the day. Bottom line is to not assume you are getting a secured delivery even when KEH requests a signature upon delivery (again, this is a FedEx issue).
