Miss the old website, was easier to search.

I'm a returning customer because of sales staff and qyality of products. As a naure photography hobbyist, my technical knowledge is amateur layman. However, with guidance from sales staff on the phone, I made my purchases with confidence. I replaced my 10-year-old Canon Rebel XS body with a Canon Rebel T2i in time for my bucket list family vacation to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons National Parks. Thank you!

Wide Selection of used lenses and found what I was looking for. Chose two day shipping and the lens arrived on time for me to use at a wedding that weekend.

Everything was fine on the KEH end. FedEx did not get the item to me when expected and it sat for a day or two in another city without updates to me on the problem. That, of course, was FedEx's doing, and not KEH's.

The website is fine, but I feel hesitant to purchase an item without having at least seen pictures of the item itself. The placeholder images don't help much.

Once i received my product, I was less than satisfied with the condition cosmetically and don't think it reflects the advertised condition.

KEH website recorded my street address twice when transferred to PayPal website for payment.

When sent back to KEH website no edit available to eliminate one of the duplicated street address.
