Great selection of products at very reasonable prices

I spent $25 on batteries and an adaptor only to discover that the camera's electronics don't work. Then I had to pay close to $12 in postage to return the camera to them. The cost of the camera was $53. In the end it wasn't worth the time or the money to find out that I bought a camera that doesn't work. And their rating system is merely cosmetic. I did not know that when I purchased the camera. I won't repeat this again.

Very good but I wish actual pictures were posted of equipment, however I have always received items exactly as described.

I trust the grading system at KEH, and know I'm buying quality professional products. (Outdated, but professional.)

All of the products I've purchased from KEH have arrived quickly and are always exactly as they were described on their web page. I've purchased several items from these folks and I've been pleased each time.

Have been buying a few things from KEH for film photography over the last few months. I have been happy with the conditions and quality of their used photo equipment.

Fairly streamlined

Very fast and responsible. Quality products ONLY when you pick the best quality grade available that is offered. Anything less than LN is not what I expect from a quality company touting quality. Also, when KEH purchases lenses, a faster process is necessary, the buying process is too slow, swifter payout will net you more purchases IMHO.

Tracking info was difficult to access. The only way I could get the tracking number was when FedEx called me prior to delivery.
