I wish you folks would ship USPS. That is the most secure (for me) way to ship. Not allowing that was the only negative in this transaction.
KEH is my go-to for used camera equipment. In my opinion and for my needs, they have a great selection. They also have better prices then other websites I have visited. KEH also has the best prices on B&W film that I have found.

Both units in excellent condition at a good price
I thought the camera was going to come in the original box with original battery but got the camera and an off brand battery in a plastic sleeve in a box of bubble wrap with an off brand charger...that's it. No owner manual on the 7d mark ii or any other product not even the neck strap. I talked with other photographers who have gotten (EX+) items, like my 7dii I recently bought, and they had their items in items original box or products box just like they were buying it new for the first time right from Canon.
I have had no problems with KEH. But I did have problems with Fedex as the carrier.

Lens received was not the lens ordered (manual vs autofocus). Customer service promptly addressed issue with return/reimbursement. Unfortunately, lens I wanted isn't really available.
