So far I have been extremely pleased with my purchase of a LN- Nikon D500. Besides it not being in a box, and having a strap, it is just like a brand new camera. So far I have found no issues with it. Great camera.

Have not received the item purchased.

All filters had marks and were dirty. All cleaned up except one which still has some kind of mark or scratch. I would not call this EX condition under the circumstances.

The shopping process was smooth, and the shipping was timely. The camera itself is in good condition, but it is clearly not in excellent condition as stated. The battery door is loose and will need repairing. And the camera grip rocks a bit and cannot be re-seated easily. But the lens is in good condition, and functionality is good.
