I saw the item, needed it, purchased it, it arrived. Great.
Thank you for making it so easy to find everything and having details about everything. The condition rating is probably the most helpful thing you guys have. Having reference pictures if not the real thing helps a ton too.
The wrong item was sent, this is why I gave 1 star in response to the question, "How satisfied were you with the products/services that you received?". I called sales since their was no one in customer service when I called (I didn't want to leave a message and have to wait for someone to call back.) Sales treated me very well and since the item I ordered was not in stock they upgraded me, I was very pleased. I am waiting for the replacement item to arrive. The old item has been received but I don't know if the replacement item is on it's way or if I will receive tracking information. Overall I am pleased with the service and may shop again.
Would`nt buy used from anywhere else.
