Ordered an EX+ lens that had a scratch on the front element. Contacted customer service and I was explained my options for return or exchange; the CSR was understanding and willing to schedule the RMA around a photo shoot that I ordered the lens for. The grading system is clear and convenient, however, glass damage doesn't start until a grade below EX+; would have saved me 1-2 weeks of logistics if it had been graded correctly the first time.
Nevertheless, KEH is an excellent company to do business with!

Fast service, item exceeded expectations; couldn't tell the difference between it and brand new! Came in the factory box with all accessories. Still learning to use it, but the initial macro photos I took with it are very, very encouraging. Looking forward to getting better with it over time!

Shipping was a little high.
KEH was unable to give me any more details about the item before purchase. I had to rely on the fact that I could return it within 14 days if it wasn't right. So far everything looks good, I am in the process of testing the camera.
The service was wonderful and I did not have to wait that long for my order to be shipped and received.

Ordered for in store pickup. Called and customer service verified that my order was ready for pickup. I arrived an hour later and the front desk told me my order wasn't ready, took another 15 minutes for them to get my order.
The order (battery) was a cheaper different model number in the packaging of the model number I purchased. I noticed the mistake not the staff so I could have easily left with the wrong product. It took another 10-15 minutes for the correct product to be brought to the front.
The entire experience was disappointing, I had a very tight schedule that day and this put me behind.

Both camera body and lens were in excellent condition. I was shocked to find the same 18-300mm (with stabilizer) on Amazon (new) for cheaper after I purchased the lens. I just kept it because it didn't want to hassle with returns since I was leaving on a trip.
