The product i received is in good condition. Great
Was very disappointed that KEHs 'stellar return policy' was anything but. I ordered a wrong part and while customer service was easy to reach and courteous, I was informed I not only had to personally ship the item back (no return label provided, and it cost quite a bit because the original packing they sent the item in was excessively large) but they were also deducting shipping cost from my refund to cover what was originally free shipping of the product. I would understand having to pay return shipping but charging me for the originally free shipping just made me mad. Will order elsewhere in the future.

This was a good experience. I've had problems with items purchased in the past - worst case being a Nikon 28mm/2.8 lens I bought from you through Amazon, for which I received no response when contacting about the problems. But this transaction, and several other small ones, was good.

The lens did not fit my camera. I have a Olympus M-5 Mkii. I ordered a four thirds lens not understanding I needed a micro four third. Talking with your customer service rep, this is a common error. You made it right by paying shipping for the return but both of us have been inconvenienced. Changes to your wed site might reduce this type of problem,
