Affordability & convenience
Shopping experience was good. I do believe I overpaid for the camera. I have seen others for a couple hundred dollars cheaper.
The shipping service used was the most difficult part of the entire shopping experience. A signature required by fedex made me make sure I left someone at my place while I worked. First day and all I found was a note on my mailbox. No knock,call or attempt to see if someone was home. Second day, similar situation. This time I revived a call but when I picked up the caller would hang up. No attempt to see if anyone was home, again.
FedEx website was just as difficult to deal with. Called an operator to transfer my package to a pickup center with no real regard for the inconvenience the lack of care their employees showed.
