Overall I am very happy with KEH. I have one comment and one complaint. Comment: just a little tiny bit of description on the "AS IS" or "UGLY" or "Bargain" items would be nice. Complaint: I bought two "AS IS" items. The first one was great, so I bought the second. It is terrible. A little bit inconsistent... but understandable as they are both "AS IS".
