The shipping required an actual person to be home to receive the order. This just wasn't going to be possible for me, so I had to go through all this trouble to re-direct the package. I get that that might be necessary for expensive parcels, but it just doesn't make a tone of sense for $50 purchases like mine.

Easy but don't have information on expected delivery date upon order.

If you want used equipment save yourself the aggravation of buying off eBay and go to the professionals at KEH. You will get accurately graded equipment, at a great price, plus warranted. In my 20+ purchases with them I have never not been completely satisfied with them.

Hi not really happy about the service was ok and fast delivery but the rating about the camera was "excellent condition" but when I revived the camera 3 thing are not working on it and I would like to know how to go from here since the camera is not really usable as it is

Huge problem with fedex to get them to hold at fedex location so I could actually sign for my package as I wouldn't be able to be home for the only three days they would attempt delivery.
