My overall experience was great. However, I do wish you would put actual images of the items in the listings. That way I could have seen the item's condition and not wasted time purchasing something I would end up returning.

Bought an "Ugly" Lens and It came in pretty good condition. The lens has some haze on one of the elements but overall I'm very pleased with the lens!

The lens was in better shape than I thought. Rating is consistent based on lack of original accessories and manuals but a good purchase and value imo.

I bought a new camera, once. I paid $2,000 and today it is worth $30. New cameras depreciate faster than new cars. My used equipment, with a 2year warranty, from KEH was a much smarter investment than new equipment.

Received a like new camera body and charger. Works perfectly and I specifically bought from KEH instead of marketplace because I wanted to purchase an inspected camera body and not take a chance on buying somebody else's problem.

It was easy to find the lens that I was looking for and the used item rating system helped in my decision. The lens arrived in excellent condition.

Lens came quickly, wS well packed, I good condition. Copy said it incleded a lens filter, none found. $14 at Amazon solved that. Not worth making an issue of for me.
