Always pretty reliable. The only thing I hate has nothing to do with KEH. Its the greedy tax the australian government now charges.

Ordered a used Hoya 39mm X1 green filter rated excellent. I couldn't find any significant flaws-to me it looks like new. The only available new equivalent is from Leica and costs $125 so the price, $20, was excellent. It's a minor purchase but I'm very happy with the overall experience.

A positive experience from beginning to end. The condition of the equipment, the service, and the delivery were all as stated. The used equipment selection was just what I was looking for.

The product had a problem with the rear display. It is useable for my purpose but the rating of ex+ was too high. Someone should have turned on the unit and looked it over.

I ordered a new camera body and separate lenses to start a new business. After a failed transaction on my end, KEH sales reps contacted and helped me through this ordeal to receive my shipment as fast as possible. The process allowed no time for cancellation. I ordered after hours and then called 15 minutes after they opened and was not allowed to cancel. No place on their web site to cancel either.

Order was signed for. Why is confirmation of receipt now necessary? Never had a problem until now. Did Fed EX not confirm that delivery was signed for? If this "order confirmation" is simply a request for another review (of which I've given many over the years), please consider that this "order confirmation" angle is not appreciated.
