Was initially slightly concerned about shipping time, as we have an upcoming wedding this weekend to shoot, but i received the camera bodies within 3 days of placing my order (using standard shipping!)

I've generally been very pleased with KEH. The shipping is fast, phone support is available if needed and RMAs (when required) are relatively painless. The prices are higher than what one would pay on the private market, but this is to be expected given the benefits (warranty, return policy, service, selection, etc.).

Keh makes buying a used lens online a very easy experience. In particular, the condition rating gives me the confidence to know if my money will be well-spent or not.

I found the products I wanted at an affordable price. The shipping was quick and the products were in great condition as described.

I paid $4,800 for a "like new" Leica SL and upon receiving the camera the sensor was extremely dirty with dust particles.

At first I thought the sensor was ruined but after cleaning it numerous times it was fine.

I thought when buying a camera with this kind of description of it being in almost perfect shape would result in like new conditions but that wasn't the fact of the matter.

Overall, I was satisfied with my shopping experience. However, I do have a recommendation for improvement. I received an email that the order was processed and shipped but I never received a tracking number. I came home from work three days after I received that email and happened to see the package left at my door step. It would have been beneficial, for me, to know the package was expected to be delivered that day.

Website was easy to navigate, ordering was simple and fast.
